I was recommended to use your service by a buyers advocate after I have previously used Archicentre. The report received from Resicert was much more detailed and the photos actually quite helpful. I was also appreciative of the time Elio took with me on the phone to answer my queries including an additional query that I hadn't mentioned in my original brief. I was also impressed that Elio was able to get more information out of the vendor regarding the bathroom window which I am sure the agent would never have mentioned to me! I will be using this as a bargaining tool if I am successful at the auction on the weekend! I will be sure to call again and recommend you to others!

How easy was that? - Only had a week to organise building inspection and get report to estate agent. Found Resicert on line and I was happy with what I could see and in the testimonials etc. - Thought to myself they look professional and reliable so I got a quote on line and then immediately proceeded to booking. The ease of the process was si convincing I even paid in full in the one process. I was not disappointed. I received a phone call to follow up the quote but by then I had already proceeded to booking. Never the less I explained my requirements and met the inspector on sight which was a vacant property.
